EAC Certified electric flanged butterfly valve factory testing
This batch of D941X3-10CB1 electric flanged resilient seated butterfly valves comes with separate control cabinets. All units have completed pre-shipment power-on joint commissioning. Our electricians performed full operational tests on each butterfly valve and its matched control cabinet one by one. Valve opening/closing movement and signal feedback are stable, all test items passed inspection, and the customer is satisfied with the test results.
The working medium of this project is clean water, with maximum operating temperature ≤80℃ and nominal pressure PN10. The project adopts DN600 large size. The customer picked this butterfly valve mainly because it fits clean water pipeline service conditions and holds valid EAC Customs Union certification, which allows direct deployment in engineering projects across Eurasian regions. The valve body is cast steel WCB. The butterfly disc is anti-corrosion ductile iron, fitted with EPDM rubber seals, offering good resistance to water corrosion and aging. Adopting concentric design, the valve requires low operation torque and delivers reliable sealing.
The matched electric actuator is fitted with a manual handwheel. Operators can manually open and close the valve during power outages to meet emergency pipeline operation requirements. The external standalone control cabinet supports both local and remote control modes. Maintenance staff can easily carry out on-site commissioning, status monitoring and fault troubleshooting.
