DN1200 150LB Carbon steel circular flap gate for drainage
Recently, we have finished customized production of DN1200 150LB carbon steel circular flap gates for global clients. Made of SJ235 carbon steel, this circular flange flap gate is tailor-made for still water drainage outlets. It is widely deployed in municipal flood drainage, wastewater treatment plants, coastal pumping stations and water conservancy pipelines, acting as reliable anti-backflow equipment for drainage systems.
This carbon steel circular flap gate adopts integrated carbon steel welding for high structural strength, excellent water pressure resistance and impact resistance. Reinforced ribs are fitted on the gate leaf with optimized hinge linkages to ensure smooth operation without jamming. Stainless steel hinge pins avoid rust and seizure under long-term underwater conditions and extend the service life of the flap gate.
The high-performance epoxy coating protects the gate against acid, alkali, sewage and seawater corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor, underground humid and coastal salt-spray environments. The flap gate operates automatically via water pressure difference, requiring no power supply or auxiliary actuators. It eliminates extra electric control systems, significantly cutting capital investment and long-term maintenance costs for drainage projects.
The flange conforms to ANSI 150LB standards. The large DN1200 bore meets high-flow drainage requirements. The composite elastic sealing system adapts to minor structural deformation to achieve reliable shutoff, effectively preventing seawater and river water backflow and pipeline contamination. Mechanically optimized structure delivers great anti-seismic performance to withstand sudden water surges during flood seasons.
