The split wall mounted penstock valve has been completed in production
Recently, the Jinbin factory has completed another gate production task, namely electric wall penstock gates and manual channel gates. The valve body materials are all made of stainless steel 316, with sizes of 400x400 and 1000x1000. This batch of gates has completed the final inspection and is about to be sent to Saudi Arabia.
The extended rod wall-mounted gate is a special valve suitable for deep installation conditions. With the extended transmission rod and wall-mounted structure, it can achieve precise opening and closing in special scenarios such as underground corridors, deeply buried valve Wells, and high-drop pipelines. It is widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, water conservancy flood control, industrial circulating water, and sewage treatment fields, solving the problems of "restricted installation and inconvenient operation" of conventional gates.
In municipal water supply and drainage systems, this penstock gate is often used in the main pipes and branch nodes of urban underground pipe networks. Urban underground valve Wells are generally buried 3 to 5 meters underground, and the conventional penstock gates operating mechanism cannot reach them. The extension rod can directly extend to the ground operation box, allowing maintenance personnel to complete the opening and closing adjustment without going down the well. This not only ensures personnel safety but also improves the efficiency of pipeline network dispatching.
Water conservancy flood control and drainage projects are one of the core application scenarios of the extended rod wall mounted penstock valve. At the underground water conveyance corridors of river embankments and the water inlets of drainage pumping stations, the gates need to be installed on concrete walls lower than the ground. The extension rods can be adapted to the height difference between the corridors and the ground. Combined with hand-cranking or electric actuators, they can achieve rapid water diversion during the flood season and water conveyance as needed during the dry season.
In addition, in industrial circulating water systems and sewage treatment plants, the extended rod stainless steel penstocks can be installed beneath the equipment base or on the side wall of the biochemical tank. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel extension rod can withstand acid and alkali media. The wall-mounted structure does not require additional reserved installation space. At the main pipe of the circulating water in the chemical industrial park and the outlet end of the sedimentation tank in the sewage treatment plant, it can achieve stable medium interception and flow distribution. Moreover, during later maintenance, only the extension rod assembly needs to be disassembled, without the need to hoist the gate as a whole, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
